Rentals

The event space can comfortably seat up to 150 guests with additional space for a movable bar and tables for food, desserts, presents, etc.  Tables, chairs and linens are available at an additional cost. Renters are free to bring in their own caterers and vendors but for your convenience, a list of vendors that are familiar with the location and have been used by past guests is provided under the Vendors tab.

What is Included:


  • Time to set up prior to the event
    (as much as a few days before the event) as well as time for any additional clean up or tear down the day following the event.
  • Tables and chairs – we can seat up to 150 at a time
    • 16 round tables
    • 9 rectangular tables
    • Chairs to be used on both round and rectangular tables
    • White linens for all tables
  • Movable wooden bar (can be used as a bar or for cake or presents)
  • Large wooden box (on wheels – often used for gifts or a favor table
  • Coolers (on wheels)
  • Use of decorations/additional items (table runners, apple crates, mason jars, glass vases, cupcake or cake display, wooden arch, etc.)
  • Use of small kitchenette located in the bathhouse (includes double oven, microwave, and side by side refrigerator)
  • Use of a golf cart to transport guests (managed by the property owner)

PLEASE NOTE: No (real flame) candles are permitted in the event space
