Event Spaces for Parties, Weddings and Receptions, and Rentals:

The large event space can comfortably seat up to 150 guests with additional space for a movable bar and tables for food, desserts, presents, etc. 

Tables, chairs and linens are available.

Renters are free to bring in their own caterers and vendors but for your convenience, a list of vendors that are familiar with the location and have been used by past guests is provided under the Vendors Tab.

What is Included:

• Time to set up prior to the event
  (as much as a few days before the event) as well as time for any additional clean up or tear down the day following the event.
• Tables and chairs – we can seat up to 150 at a time
  • 16 round tables
  • 9 rectangular tables
  • Chairs to be used on both round and rectangular tables
  • White linens for all tables
• Movable wooden bar (can be used as a bar or for cake or presents)
• Large wooden box (on wheels – often used for gifts or a favor table
• Coolers (on wheels)
• Use of decorations/additional items (table runners, apple crates, mason jars, glass vases, cupcake or cake display, wooden arch, etc.)
• Use of small kitchenette located in the bathhouse (includes double oven, microwave, and side by side refrigerator)
• Use of a golf cart to transport guests (managed by the property owner)

PLEASE NOTE: No (real flame) candles are permitted in the event space
